In 2016, he helped secure a Michelin star for Ireland’s only starred restaurant. He refined his craft at the two-star “Patrick Guilbauds” and the legendary three-star “Fat Duck” under Heston Blumenthal.
Further honing his skills through venturing out to start a private chef business & was the private chef to the owner of Stanbroke Beef for more than 2 years.
